Executive Health Coach is a program of Hummingbird Coaching Services, a groundbreaking company that uses a proprietary coaching model and innovative software to provide global coaching programs that help people improve their lives.

Our Coaching Team is led by Dr. Donna Mayerson, Chief Coaching Officer

Dr. Mayerson developed the Executive Health Coach training model, a blended theoretical model that includes the principles of Positive Psychology.

She is a gifted therapist and coach with uncanny powers of intuition and sensitivity, and can quickly discern the core issues and suggest pragmatic ways of dealing with problems. She brings this special talent to her work in training and mentoring our coaches.

Dr. Mayerson earned her M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of Cincinnati and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Utah.

Our Coaches are high-level, seasoned professionals, experienced in behavioral change and in serving sedentary, high-risk and high-stress populations. Each coach is matched to executives based on their specific goals.

Company Chairman Dr. Neal Mayerson has developed programs and non-profit organizations that do innovative work in personal and professional development, social awareness, education, and Positive Psychology.

Neal earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Utah, and has worked as a psychologist in community mental health, hospital settings and in private practice.

CEO and President Sean Slovenski is recognized as a health care industry visionary, with over 15 years’ experience in prevention and wellness. He started his career by helping invent and manage one of the nation’s first large-scale wellness and health coaching product lines.

Sensing the need and potential for a broad spectrum coaching product, Sean created a company whose premier product was a health coaching service called MyHealthCoach.com. It is this technology and general coaching foundation that was incorporated into Hummingbird.

The company’s programs are based on technology that has been successfully implemented since 1997. Along with Executive Health Coach, Hummingbird’s current web-based consumer coaching sites include MyHealthCoach.com, PersonallyGreat.com and AboutMyKids.com.
